Mary Caws has over 30 years’ experience as a flexible, resourceful and collaborative performing arts leader, consultant, coach and mentor.  She has a background in dance and drama touring and festival management. 

 

She has led 8 producing theatres in the UK and is now delighted to be supporting the sector as an independent arts manager.
